In response, we developed a flexible solution tailored at the client level, enabling customization of prescription variables when the primary claims team is unavailable.
This ensures continuity and adaptability for the drug prescription process even during out-of-office periods. Initially designed for one client, this solution is scalable and can be fine-tuned for other clients based on their unique company schedules.
